My tenth baking experience was making this traditional South African recipe – “Koeksusters” …. deep fried braided pastry dipped in a syrup made from sugar, ginger, cinnamon and lemon juice.  SOOOOO good!!!

My ninth baking experience was making this South African cookie – “Crunchies”.  They’re so good.

My eighth  baking experience was making this Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffin recipe.  Very good and filling.

My seventh baking experience was making this Weight Watchers Pudding dessert.  YUMMY!

Sue made this very appealing Sunny Spinach Pie recipe from a recipe she found online at:  Best Yummy Recipes.

It was delicious but very rich so would suggest adding chicken or salad when eating this one.

Sue made this cheesy pasta dish and topped it with some grilled chicken breast cut up on top and surrounded the plate with vegetables.

Sue used her new baking pan to roast a chicken in the oven in the upright position.  The great thing about this pan is that it has a center tunnel that you can fill with beer or chicken broth or whatever liquid you want and it adds moistness and flavor to the chicken.

Sue made a healthy grilled chicken breast and put it on a bed of romaine lettuce with some tomato, grapes and apples on the side and some onion on top.

Sue made a delicious steak kebab with grilled romaine lettuce and jasmine rice.

Sue made this T-Shirt dress for her daughter.  It’s a very cute dress and everyone loves it …. especially her daughter who loves the fact that when she spins, the dress flares up.  lol
